We know, however, that service issues may arise. If you have any equipment trouble, please contact us. We are always happy to help.
Should you need service on a weekday, please call our main number, 480-483-6900 and ask for our service department. Our service department will schedule a time for a service technician to take care of your service issue. You can also send an email to service@cybersound.tv
If you have a security emergency*, please call our pager number, 602-868-6435. Our on-call security technician is available 24 hours a day for on-site service.
If you have any other emergency*, please call our emergency number, 480-445-9103. Please leave a voicemail message with your name and number and a brief problem, and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
Cyber Sound warranties our installation parts and labor for a period of one year from the date of final installation**. Labor and parts related to lightning or power surge are not covered by warranty. Labor related to electrical, satellite or cable providers, security or other contractors not directly commissioned by Cyber Sound is also not covered by warranty.
Notes
* A system emergency is when a Cyber Sound installed system is inoperable or fails, this includes Lighting, HVAC, and Security. Most Audio/Video problems are not considered “emergencies”. Weekend service visits are subject to premium service call rates.
** The final Installation date is the date the product was installed and functioning at the client residence. This may or may not coincide with a final payment.
